Stretch of the Week


Sciatic Nerve Mobilisations
This stretch is aimed at moving and sliding the big nerve in your leg. This nerve gets tight from prolonged sitting and forward bending. This stretch will keep your nerve flexible and happy, therefore not giving you pain or numbness.

Bring your knee to your chest and straighten your lower leg till you feel a gentle stretch at the back of your thigh. Bend and point your ankle 10 times.
