Our days are busy and hurried and filled with datelines. Hit the PAUSE button every hour. Take one minute for yourself. Do a stretch, eat a fruit, drink some water, take a long deep breath.
We're made to move, so move a little every 20 minutes. Break that static posture. Lean back in your chair and stretch your arms out behind you.
Don't let the aches and pains creep in on you. Keep moving. Take care of yourself, everyday.
