This is Fencihu. It's a small town that we visited after Alishan today. The first photo is of the friut that is used to make the jelly we had. It's a natural jelly so no agar is used. The pulp of the friut is mixed with water and it forms a jelly. Served cold with lime, it's tasty and healthful as it's all natural. That's the owner of the little cafe that's famous for making the best jelly in town.Great day out, back to our beautiful homestay :)
