This is Fencihu. It's a small town that we visited after Alishan today. The first photo is of the friut that is used to make the jelly we had. It's a natural jelly so no agar is used. The pulp of the friut is mixed with water and it forms a jelly. Served cold with lime, it's tasty and healthful as it's all natural. That's the owner of the little cafe that's famous for making the best jelly in town.
