Gino's teaching the Kinesio Taping course at
Sports Solutions today and tomorrow. As always, he's been preparing for it for quite a while staying up most nights going through the slides and thinking of how he can explain the rationale behind it better.
Here's his home made version of explaining muscles - the endomysium, perimysium and the epimysium. Gotta hand it to him, even my seven year old son understands it now.
