Simple Neck Stretches

Use these stretches to release tense neck muscles when you have been sitting static for long periods, e.g. at your computer, watching tv.













First stretch (nose to armpit), stretches a muscle called levator scapulae. Hold the stretch gently for 10 seconds.













Second stretch (ear to shoulder) stretches your upper trapezius muscle. Gently hold this stretch for 10 seconds.
