Stretch of the Week

It's been a while..I'm sorry..been away on a much needed holiday :) Well here's your new stretch for this week.

It stretches your latissimus dorsi (lats). Use a towel or seatbelt to keep your trunk steady. This gives a better stretch. Your lats originates from the pelvis and attaches to the humerus (arm bone).

Hold for 15-20 secs.
