Today the riders will be out there for 140km, start time 11am. The weather in Adelaide today is sunny, 35 degrees. We (myself, Gino and Han) started the day with breakfast at Caffe Buongiorno. We got in early at about 815 am before the road closures in Norwood. We watched as the crowds streamed in, happy that we had a spot by the road at the the Cafe. Lots of Australians had come from other states just to watch the TDU. Great atmosphere!
We spotted the very famous commentators from the Tour de France, Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen. Sad part..could not catch even a glimpse of Lance!
