Training has begun for our Nike City 10K race! It's our first race since we delivered our bubs in January this year. We took Mia and Dean in their strollers and ran along the beach at East Coast Park.
For me, the first km was terrible! Felt like dying! But after I warmed up it felt really good to be running again :) It's been 7 months since my last run so I'm feeling the soreness now. It'll be worse tomorrow..but hey it's a start!
