Course Content:
This course aims to teach the basics of anatomy of the human body.
You will learn names of muscles, their origins and insertions and their actions.
Names of joints, tendons and ligaments and their attachments.
Brief look at the neurological system.
The lecturer will be giving tips of which structures are used and commonly
overused in different sporting activities.
